You'll balance user needs, business priorities and technical considerations to ensure investment is focused on the highest-value opportunities.Working closely with senior stakeholders and external delivery partners, you'll balance competing priorities, make informed investment decisions, and collaborate across the business to deliver measurable improvements in resident experience, colleague effectiveness, and operational performance.
