This executive‐level role is responsible for driving growth across the Defence & Aerospace sector, shaping market strategy, and representing the organisation at senior client and industry levels. As a member of the Executive Committee, the role contributes directly to strategic direction, commercial performance, and long‐term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development and account growth within Defence & Aerospace
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Provide market insight to shape service and product innovation
- Assure high‐quality delivery across all client engagements
- Act as Engagement Assurer with accountability for outcomes and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with executive leaders to deliver a coordinated commercial strategy
- Lead and develop high‐performing, inclusive teams
Experience & Skills
- Senior‐level experience in business development, account leadership, or consulting
- Proven track record overseeing delivery of consulting or supply chain services
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influencing skills
- Experience in Defence & Aerospace and/or established sector network desirable
- Exposure to digital, data, or technology‐enabled services advantageous
