AI Strategy Consultant

AI Consultant | Remote (Client travel) | £100,000 - £120,000

Peaple Talent have partnered with a growing consultancy looking for an experienced AI Consultant to help shape and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions for major clients.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining AI engineering, consulting, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll lead high-performing teams, guide clients through AI strategy and delivery, and build scalable AI/ML and agentic solutions in production environments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading AI delivery across multiple client projects
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior technical & business stakeholders
• Designing and deploying production-ready AI/ML solutions
• Driving engineering best practice across MLOps, CI/CD, observability & responsible AI
• Mentoring engineers and helping grow a high-performing AI capability
• Working with modern cloud & data platforms including Azure, Databricks, Snowflake etc.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Python engineering background
• Proven experience delivering AI solutions into production
• Excellent consulting, communication & workshop facilitation skills
• Experience leading engineering teams and influencing senior stakeholders
• Passion for emerging AI technologies, LLMs & agentic frameworks
