AWS Cloud Engineer (City Of Bristol)

We're working with a growing SaaS business in Bristol to recruit for an AWS Cloud Engineer. This role will allow you to be the go-to person for all things AWS and hybrid infrastructure, being instrumental to the company’s cloud journey. If you're someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys hands-on work, automation, and transformation, this is one to explore.

Location: 2-3 days in Bristol

Salary: £60k + on-call allowance

Need to go through SC Clearance

The role:

As the go-to AWS expert, you’ll:

• Design and maintain high-availability environments
• Boost automation
• Shape future infrastructure strategy

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong experience across AWS (EC2, VPC, RDS, IAM, etc.)
• Linux systems and automation skills (Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
• Hybrid cloud experience (on-prem + cloud)
• Confidence troubleshooting distributed systems
• SC clearance eligibility (UK resident for 5+ years)
