Role: Service Coordinator

Location: Trowbridge

Salary: £27,000

We’re partnering with a fast-growing technology company that provides connectivity services to businesses across the UK. They’re looking for a motivated, organised Provisioning Coordinator to join their team and help ensure their services are delivered smoothly and efficiently.

The Role:

• Generate accurate quotes for data and connectivity services
• Manage orders from start to finish, tracking progress and updating systems
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Arrange installations and engineer visits
• Identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary
• Keep clear documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders

The Candidate:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with technical data and numbers
• Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude
• Experience in provisioning, coordination, or project support
• Experience in telecom, ISP, or managed IT services is preferred

The Package:

Base salary: up to £27,000
