Back End Developer

Backend Developer - AI Focus | London | Up to £85k

Are you a Backend Developer with exposure to working on AI systems, looking to join a London-based startup who are changing the way customers and service providers connect? Do you want to work in a team where innovation is a top priority?

In this role you will:

🛠️ Build AI-driven backend services (search, natural language, recommendations)

🤖 Use LLM APIs & open-source tools to deploy AI features

🗃️ Design & optimise RAG pipelines with embeddings and vector databases

🌐 Develop agentic workflows and leverage knowledge graphs for smart automation

What we're looking for:

🛠️ Backend dev with an AI focus

🚀 Comfortable building RAG pipelines & working with large datasets

🟩 Javascript, Node.js and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)

🤖 Keen to dive deeper into agentic workflows

📍 Hybrid: North London office 2 days/wk
