Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst (12 month FTC)

Location: Moreton-In-Marsh

Salary: up to £58,000

Peaple Talent have partnered with a well-established organisation to support the hire of a Business Analyst on a twelve-month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for enhancing business systems and processes by bridging the gap between clients, teams, and stakeholders.

The Role:

• Analyse system capabilities to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
• Collaborates with system providers to design user interfaces and assess software changes
• Identify, validate, and manage user requirements throughout the project life
• Supports the design, execution, and evaluation of business process tests

The Candidate:

• A minimum 4 years experience as a Business Analyst (ideally in system implementation)
• Strong documentation skills, technical awareness, and knowledge of business systems
• Familiar with project management methodologies (Prince2 or Agile)

The Package:

Base salary: up to £58,000

• Up to 10% matched pension
