A fast-growing SaaS company is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of full-stack developers working on a widely used, scalable digital platform.
You'll play a key role in shaping engineering culture, guiding technical delivery, and supporting a talented team that works across C#, JavaScript, modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure, and data services.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys coaching developers, driving technical excellence, and influencing long-term product and engineering direction.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and support a distributed team of full-stack engineers
- Develop and maintain a strong engineering culture focused on autonomy, collaboration, and high-quality delivery
- Guide technical planning, execution, testing practices, and continuous improvement
- Partner with product and design teams to deliver features and enhancements across a large-scale SaaS platform
- Participate in technical discussions, architectural decisions, and long-term strategic direction
- Remove delivery blockers, clarify priorities, and streamline processes across engineering
- Support developers in skill development, career growth, and sustainable delivery rhythms
- Optionally engage in code reviews or provide hands-on support for complex technical challenges
What You'll Bring
- Experience managing or mentoring software developers in a high-performing engineering team
- Technical background, ideally with C# and JavaScript
- Familiarity with technologies used in modern SaaS environments (e.g., ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS, Canvas API, WebAudio API, SQL databases, Azure, Selenium)
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to bring structure and clarity to complex situations
- A passion for developing people, improving processes, and enabling effective, scalable engineering practices
