Peaple Talent have partnered exclusive with a client seeking an experienced Head of Data Management to lead their data strategy, governance, and architecture during a major digital transformation. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver data strategy and governance frameworks
• Lead and develop a high-performing data team
• Oversee data architecture, infrastructure, and scalability
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics and insights
• Track performance and drive continual improvement

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in data management, incl. 3+ in leadership
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, SQL, ETL
• Experience in regulated industries (financial preferred)
• Familiarity with SaaS-based CRM solutions
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
