Role: IT Systems Engineer

Location: Bristol (onsite)

Salary: up to £33,000

The Role:

• Manage end-user devices including Windows 11, macOS and iPhones, ensuring they are deployed, maintained and patched.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, managing user accounts, access and identity security.
• Configure and manage Intune, including device enrolment, policies, compliance and configuration.
• Support core Microsoft services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, networking and cloud systems.
• Monitor systems, maintain documentation and respond to IT support requests, while assisting with wider IT projects.

• Virtual Infrastructure Management
• Router, switch & firewall configuration and admin
• Exchange Online Management
• Windows Server 2019–2025 administration
• Intune Management

The Package:

Base Salary: £28,000 - £33,000
