Job Title: IT Support Technician

Location: Birmingham

Salary: up to £30,000

We are supporting a scaling professional services organisation in Birmingham with the hire of an IT Support Technician.

You’ll be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues and providing responsive support across multiple departments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow their IT career in a supportive, fast-growing company with plenty of room to develop and learn.

The Role:

• Provide first line support for IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
• Set up and maintain computers, software, and other tech equipment
• Handle support tickets, making sure issues are solved quickly and efficiently
• Assist with IT projects and system upgrades as needed

The Candidate:

• Good understanding of Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
• Skilled at quickly identifying and fixing IT problems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
