Job Title: Power Platform Developer

Location: Bristol (remote)

Salary: up to £62,000

Peaple Talent are currently working alongside a worldclass research and development business in Bristol that are expanding and looking for a Power Platform Developer to join the team.

Responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving Microsoft Power Platform solutions, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, to build reliable applications and automate business processes. Also provides administration and support for these systems.

The Role:

• Design and develop Power Platform solutions, including model-driven and canvas apps, Power Automate flows, custom connectors, and Power BI integrations.
• Create and maintain custom components (e.g., plugins in C#.NET) to meet complex business needs.
• Provide first-line support, troubleshooting, and resolving Power Platform issues quickly.
• Manage environments and configurations across development, testing, and production.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise enhancements, and suggest solutions.
• Keep accurate records of processes, configurations, and policies.

The Candidate:

• Proven experience designing and developing applications with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Skilled in C#.NET for custom development (e.g., Power Platform plugins, APIs).
• Strong background in business process automation using Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript.

The Package:

Base salary: up to £54,000

• Pension contribution up to 12.5%
• 25 days holiday
