QA Engineer - Platform Reliability & AI Validation | Bristol | Perm or Contract

🚀 Early QA hire in a fast-growing AI platform

📍 Bristol (hybrid / Ideally site based | Full-time

This is not a traditional QA role. It’s a systems-level position focused on reliability, automation, and AI behaviour validation.

You’ll:

Own the testing strategy end-to-end (not just scripts)

Shift quality upstream with modern, layered testing

Build frameworks (Playwright, API, CI/CD) for stability at scale

Design Continuous Evaluation pipelines to validate AI outputs

Ensure platform integrity across workflows, billing, and data isolation

Ideal for someone who:

Thinks like an engineer, not a tester

Has built QA/SDET systems, not just test cases

Understands distributed systems + automation

Is excited by testing AI-driven products

💰 Salary: £50–60k

📄 Preference: Permanent

⚡ Also open to: Contractor (outside IR35) for ~3 months
