Senior Product Analyst | England (Remote-First) | £70,000 - £75,000
Peaple Talent is partnering with an innovative enterprise technology organisation delivering mission-critical collaboration platforms used in 24/7 operational environments, including control rooms, crisis response teams, and large-scale live events.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling product and engineering function at a pivotal stage of growth. As product initiatives become increasingly complex and cross-functional, the business is investing in delivery excellence and scalable execution practices.
You’ll operate as the connective tissue between product strategy and engineering execution, helping teams navigate dependencies, surface risks early, and continuously improve delivery flow without introducing unnecessary process overhead.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience operating within an engineering-led product organisation
- Strong background in agile delivery, Scrum facilitation, and cross-team coordination
- Ability to analyse complex technical systems, workflows, and delivery dependencies
- Experience translating strategic initiatives into clear, sequenced, and actionable delivery plans
- Comfortable working closely with engineers, architects, and senior product leadership
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge constructively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience facilitating ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and cross-team syncs
- Strong understanding of delivery flow, forecasting, and continuous improvement practices
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, and roadmap tracking platforms
Nice to Have:
- Experience within enterprise software, infrastructure platforms, or collaboration / UC technologies
- Exposure to regulated or public-sector environments
- Experience supporting on-prem, hybrid, or operationally sensitive systems
- Background working across multi-team release environments
- Experience introducing lightweight governance and product operations practices at scale
