🚨 Senior Salesforce Consultant | Permanent Role | UK Remote / Hybrid 🚨

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join a growing consultancy team delivering impactful Salesforce solutions across the charity, housing and public sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining consultancy, project delivery, stakeholder engagement and technical Salesforce expertise in a role with real social impact.

💼 The Role

You’ll lead and deliver Salesforce consultancy projects for a broad customer base, working across multiple Salesforce Clouds and integrations. The role combines:

• Business analysis and requirements gathering

• Running workshops and stakeholder sessions

• End-to-end project delivery

• Salesforce system design and administration

• Producing technical specifications and documentation

• User training and ongoing support

• Pre-sales support including demos, scoping and estimates

You’ll also help mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal projects and product development initiatives.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Salesforce Certified Administrator

• Salesforce Consultant certifications across Salesforce Clouds (Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Integrations etc.)

• 3+ years’ experience designing and administering Salesforce CRM systems

• Strong consultancy and business analysis skills

• Experience managing full project lifecycles

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to translate technical solutions for non-technical audiences

⭐ Desirable

• Charity, housing or homelessness sector experience

• Project Management qualification

• Training delivery experience

• Website development knowledge

📍 Location

Flexible UK location

Hybrid option: minimum 2 days per week in London office OR fully remote

💰 Salary

• £60,423 Hybrid

• £56,145 Remote
