Senior Team Lead | Bristol (Hybrid) | £50,000 - £60,000

I’m currently working with a growing specialist consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Team Lead to lead and develop their Consultancy and Project Management teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced people manager from a consultancy or professional services background to have a real impact on team performance, development and future growth.

The Role:

You’ll take responsibility for the performance, development, wellbeing and capacity of a team of 7+ professionals, working closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

👥 Leading, coaching and developing the team

📈 Managing performance, wellbeing and career development

🎯 Developing recruitment and workforce plans

🔄 Managing capacity, resourcing and succession planning

🤝 Working closely with Directors and senior stakeholders

🚀 Driving improvements across team performance and culture

This is primarily a people leadership role , rather than a traditional client-utilisation position.

What We're Looking For

• A numbers years' experience, including management of teams of 7+
• Consultancy, professional services or similar background
• Strong coaching and people-development skills
• Experience with recruitment, workforce planning and resourcing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• BSc in a relevant discipline desirable/essential
