Peaple Talent have partnered exclusively with a consultancy looking to hire an experienced Technical Architect to support in an abundance of projects associated with Zendesk implementations.

You will have a proven background architecting Zendesk implementations and configurations and an up to date understanding of the current suite of functionality that Zendesk offers.

• Stakeholder engagement – internal and external supporting in the solution build and eventual architecture to be passed onto the engineering/administrative team
• Develop custom Zendesk configurations, workflows and automations for a myriad of end-clients across the UK retail, logistics, healthcare and more
• Design scalable and resilient integration architecture with API development and appropriate use of Zendesk plugins
• Assess and Audit Zendesk configurations identifying areas of improvement
• Produce TDDs and guide cross-functional teams towards your established solution architecture

Ideally you will be Zendesk certified with an extensive career working on CCaaS architecture and engineering.

This is a fully remote role for candidates based in the UK, you might travel to client site once a quarter which will be funded by the client.
