Pearse Professionals are working with PE-backed retail business is undertaking a significant multi-year transformation to evolve into a more digital-first operating environment.
The organisation has historically driven growth through a highly structured, price-led catalogue cycle supported by an extensive network of independents. While an online channel exists, the next phase of growth focuses on translating the core catalogue experience into a scalable, digital-first journey without disrupting the existing revenue engine. This transformation will be gradual, market-by-market, with varying levels of digital maturity across regions.
This is a business-facing BA role, focused on process, requirements, customer journeys and change enablement, working closely with digital, transformation and change leadership.
You will operate in an environment that is not heavily structured and will be expected to bring your own clarity, rigour and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and document end-to-end customer and entrepreneur journeys
- Translate business needs into clear, prioritised requirements
- Support global stakeholders across markets with differing levels of digital maturity
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions (strong facilitation skills essential)
- Partner closely with transformation and change resources to support adoption
- Balance work across a large roadmap, with shifting priorities
Required Experience
- Strong background as a Business Analyst in retail, consumer, hospitality or catalogue-led businesses
- Experience supporting digital or operating model transformation
- Excellent process mapping and requirements definition capability
- Comfortable working in global, remote, matrixed environments
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to work collaboratively, without ego or politics
