Pearse Professionals are supporting a leading professional services business to source three interim finance workstream leads to support a major ERP and Finance Transformation programme.

The organisation is undertaking a full ERP implementation across its Finance function, covering Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Procure-to-Pay workstreams. The programme is at mobilisation stage, with system selection currently in final stages of decision. Workstream leads will be embedded within the programme team and will work alongside internal finance secondees, an implementation consultancy, and the Programme Director to drive workstream delivery from design through to go-live.

The Roles

We are seeking one lead per workstream. Candidates with cross-workstream experience are welcome to express interest across multiple areas.

Order-to-Cash (O2C) Lead

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the O2C workstream
• Own billing, revenue recognition, cash application, and collections processes
• Work with business stakeholders to map current-state processes and define future-state requirements
• Manage workstream risks, issues, and dependencies

Record-to-Report (R2R) Lead

• Lead the R2R workstream including GL, period close, consolidation, and reporting
• AP/Billing processes already scoped — candidate will own and build on this foundation
• Ensure alignment between technical configuration and finance team reporting requirements
• Support chart of accounts design and statutory reporting requirements

Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Lead

• Lead the P2P workstream covering procurement, purchase orders, supplier management, and AP
• Define and document process flows from requisition through to payment
• Engage with procurement and finance teams to align on policy and system design
• Support supplier onboarding and data migration activity

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a workstream lead on a full-cycle ERP implementation (Workday or NetSuite strongly preferred)
• Deep functional knowledge in your area of specialism — O2C, R2R, or P2P
• Ability to operate in a complex, multi-stakeholder programme environment
• Strong communication skills — able to translate technical requirements for non-technical finance stakeholders
• Previous experience in professional services, consultancy, or similarly complex service-led organisations is advantageous
• Commitment to the full programme duration is essential — this is not a short-term engagement
