Delivery Manager

THE COMPANY:

Fast-growing Microsoft Cloud Solution Partner with a strong UK presence, delivering across Dynamics 365 Business Central environments. Supporting organisations across Finance, Manufacturing, Production, and Warehouse, with a focus on high-quality delivery and operational excellence.

THE ROLE:

We are hiring a Delivery Manager to join the Service Delivery function.

Oversee day-to-day delivery across multiple teams, ensuring quality and consistency

Act as the key link between Team Leaders and senior leadership

Manage escalations, blockers, and workload balancing across projects

Drive delivery standards, process improvements, and operational efficiency

Work closely with Project Managers, developers, and stakeholders to maintain delivery continuity

THE CANDIDATE:

Proven experience in a Delivery Manager, Service Delivery, or Senior Project role

Strong background delivering ERP projects (ideally Dynamics NAV / Business Central)

Experience managing multiple workstreams, teams, and customer priorities

Confident handling escalations, resolving issues, and driving outcomes

Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

THE OFFER:

£85,000–£90,000
