This role requires a hands-on individual with solid experience in patching, switching, laptop builds, and Intune management, alongside a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patching and switching for various clients.
• Build and configure laptops according to client specifications.
• Manage and troubleshoot devices via Intune for deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
• Provide customer support with a strong focus on user experience and satisfaction.
• Ensure all on-site work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
• Travel to client locations as needed (driving license is essential).
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report back to the team.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience as a Field Engineer, IT Support Technician, or similar role.
• Experience with patching and switching in network environments.
• Proficiency in laptop builds and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Intune for device management and deployment.
• Strong customer service skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
• A valid driving license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
