Change Manager
We’re looking for a Change Manager to play a key role in helping our organisation successfully embed new programmes and ways of working. You’ll be the driving force behind user adoption, stakeholder engagement and ensuring change sticks long after the project team has moved on.
The roleAs Change Manager, you’ll shape and deliver adoption strategies across major initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. You’ll partner with stakeholders, develop communication and training approaches and support individuals and teams through transitions using structured change frameworks.
What you’ll be doing- Designing and leading adoption strategies for new initiatives.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to encourage engagement and collaboration.
- Developing communication plans, training resources and engagement activities to support rollouts.
- Applying change management principles (e.g. ADKAR) to help people adapt effectively.
- Measuring adoption success, monitoring progress and feeding back insights to improve future programmes.
- Solid understanding of project and change management principles.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking adoption and user engagement.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear user benefits.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (occasional customer site visits required).
