Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant to CEO

I am looking for a proactive and highly capable Executive Assistant to support me across a growing care group, a healthtech business, overseas operations and a wider personal and commercial asset portfolio.

This is a true right hand role. It will suit someone organised, discreet, confident and able to bring calm, structure and follow through to a busy CEO.

The role is varied and will include diary management, meetings, email support, document preparation, action tracking, stakeholder communication and support across business.

You will work closely with me, the senior leadership team, external advisors, lawyers, accountants, brokers, property contacts, technology partners and other key people across the group.

We are an established business with serious growth plans, so there is real scope for the right person to grow with the role. Over time, this could develop beyond a traditional EA position into broader Chief of Staff or operational support responsibilities, depending on capability, judgement and trust.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the CEO’s diary, priorities and time

• Coordinating meetings, calls, travel, agendas and follow ups

• Preparing notes, briefs, documents and summaries

• Tracking actions and making sure key matters move forward

• Supporting communication with internal and external stakeholders

• Helping organise business projects across care, technology, property and overseas operations

• Creating structure, order and calm around a fast moving CEO

About you

You would need to be highly organised, reliable and comfortable working in a confidential role.

You will probably have experience supporting a founder, CEO, entrepreneur or senior leader.

You should be confident with communication, good with detail and comfortable dealing with senior people.

You do not need to come from the care sector, although experience in healthcare, property, finance, technology or owner managed businesses would be useful. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and pace.

Location and working pattern

The role can be mainly home based, but you must be UK based and able to attend key meetings or events in person when needed.

Salary

Starting salary expected around £50,000 depending on experience, with scope to grow for the right person as the role develops.
