Hi, we’re Penfold – and we’re on a mission to help everyone save enough to be comfortable later in life by making pensions simple, accessible and engaging.

There’s over £1 trillion in UK pensions, yet the industry is still dominated by traditional providers with outdated products and poor customer experiences. Penfold is changing that with a modern technology platform designed to bring pensions into the 21st century.

We’re a team of 70 people across London and Tallinn, have raised £25m+ from leading FinTech investors, and now manage nearly £1bn in pension assets for 100,000+ savers and thousands of businesses.

Our intermediary partner network (accountants, IFAs, EBCs) is currently driving 20% month-on-month growth, and we’re now looking for our first Regional Sales Manager to own and scale a territory end-to-end.

The Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll own your patch completely – building relationships with partners, closing deals, and driving long-term growth through our intermediary network.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building your own network of accountants, IFAs and employee benefit consultants

• Prospecting new partners via outreach, networking and referrals

• Managing and prioritising your regional pipeline

• Driving revenue through new partnerships and long-term partner plans

• Delivering in-person training, workshops and events to engage partners

• Representing Penfold at industry events and networking opportunities

• Collaborating closely with sales, marketing and account management teams

Who This Role Is For

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have strong partnership sales experience (ideally pensions, accounting software, or business banking)

• Already have a network of accountants, IFAs or EBCs

• Are comfortable managing consultative sales cycles and long-term relationships

• Enjoy building something from the ground up in a fast-growing company

• Are happy spending time in the field meeting partners and hosting events
