Job Title: BIM Lead/ Senior BIM Technician

Location: Pool, Cornwall

Salary: £40-55,000 DOE

The Role

  • Lead and develop BIM standards, workflows, and best practice across projects
  • Manage BIM coordination and model quality throughout project delivery
  • Support project teams with Revit modelling, clash detection and information management
  • Produce and review technical drawing packages to a high standard
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure coordinated project delivery
  • Mentor and support junior BIM and technical staff
  • Drive continuous improvement in digital design processes and BIM implementation
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with UK standards

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced BIM Lead, Senior BIM Technician or Senior Architectural Technician with strong BIM expertise
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, with a thorough understanding of BIM processes and standards
  • Previous experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects
  • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead technical teams while remaining hands-on with project delivery
  • Experience across RIBA work stages, particularly technical design, and construction
  • A proactive team player with a passion for digital innovation and high-quality project delivery
