Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national RIBA chartered practice who provide award-winning services to the industrial sector. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and talented Junior BIM Coordinator to join their team in Newark.

Duties for the role of Junior BIM Coordinator:

• Assist the team on the delivery of BIM projects across all RIBA work stage
• Help with implementing BIM standards, workflows and best practice
• Coordinate models and monitor information quality
• Support project teams using BIM software and processes

Requirements for the role of Junior BIM Coordinator:

• Degree within architectural technology
• Relevant post qualification experience within a BIM related role within a practice
• Working knowledge of BIM technologies and the architectural processes
• Proficient with Revit
• Knowledge of statutory requirements, quality management, health and safety
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Newark area
