A leading architectural practice based in Hertfordshire is seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their dynamic team. Daily Duties
- Collaborate with senior architects and design teams on concept development for data centre projects
- Produce architectural drawings, technical details, and project specifications
- Support in the preparation of design presentations and client proposals
- Attend and contribute to project meetings, offering technical and design input
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct site visits and assist with project management tasks as required
- Keep up to date with industry trends, materials, and innovations in data centre design
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Completed RIBA Part 1 and Part 2 qualifications (BArch and MArch)
- Proficient in Revit (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Demonstrated passion for technical and sustainable design
- Interested in data-led architecture and cutting-edge infrastructure
- Able to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Based within a commutable distance to the office and has own transport
