About You
- A degree (or equivalent) in Electronics, Electrical, Audio, Acoustical Engineering or Instrumentation, or relevant technical experience.
- Ideally 2+ years' experience in technical support, field service or a similar engineering role.
- Experience with scientific, industrial or electronic instrumentation is preferred.
- Strong fault-finding skills across hardware and software.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Well organised, proactive and eager to develop your technical expertise.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing first and second-line technical support via phone, email and remote access.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting and commissioning specialist monitoring equipment and software.
- Assisting customers with installation, calibration, firmware updates and ongoing technical support.
- Preparing equipment for dispatch, servicing, repairs and hire.
- Delivering customer training and producing technical documentation.
- Supporting demonstrations, site visits and maintaining accurate service records.

- Salary up to 30,000, depending on experience.
