Penta is seeking an experienc ed Dell Systems/Infrastructure Enginee r to join the team onsite in th e UK Data Cent re to support wit h installing and maintaining Dell Firewall and Storage Servers.

The Engineer should have experience in server installation, with the following servers :

SMPP Firewall Servers

• CPU - Intel Xeon Gold 6248R (24 cores, 3.0GHz)
• RAM - 128GB DDR4 ECC
• Storage - 2x 960GB SSD RAID-1 (OS), 2x 1.92TB SSD RAID-1 (Data)
• Network - Management: 1Gbps Ethernet (Dedicated), Service: 10Gbps Ethernet (SMPP Protocol Traffic), iLO/IPMI: 1Gbps Ethernet (Out-of-band management)
• OS - Debian 12 (OS)

Storage Servers

• CPU - Intel Xeon Silver 4214R (12 cores, 2.4GHz)
• RAM - 128GB DDR4 ECC
• Storage - OS: 2x 480GB SSD RAID-1, Data: 12x 14TB HDD RAID-6 (140TB usable), Cache: 2x 1.92TB NVMe SSD, Hardware RAID with BBU cache
• Network - Management: 1Gbps Ethernet, Service: 10Gbps Ethernet Bonded (CDR, Logs, DLR DB), iLO/IPMI: 1Gbps Ethernet
• Purpose - CDR storage, log aggregation, DLR database, NFS/iSCSI/SFTP
