We’re expanding our Telco team and looking for Level 3 Technical Support Specialists to remotely support our global telecom clients on Huawei Core equipment/legacy equipment. You will act as the most senior point of contact to resolve critical issues, working with customer teams to ensure network availability.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing Remote Level 3 Support for Huawei Core Systems, supporting to resolve critical issues
  • Perform detailed troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA) and problem resolution
  • Collaborate with customer teams globally
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, ensuring high quality service delivery

What You Bring

  • At least 10 years of Technical Support experience within Huawei
  • At least 10 years of Technical Support experience working with Huawei Core Systems
  • Fluency in English - exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and working with Telco Operators
