Solutions Architect

I'm currently searching for a Solution Architect to support one of our vendors in the UK. You'll act as the primary technical bridge between our clients and our platform. From initial discovery through to implementation and delivery, you'll design robust, scalable, and intelligent solutions that address real-world challenges using technologies like Conversational AI, Real-Time Insights, Agentic Automation, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Client Discovery & Engagement: Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand business processes, pain points, data landscapes, and strategic goals.
• Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end solutions leveraging our platform capabilities (e.g. Knowledge Hubs, RAG, LLMs). Create technical specs, data flow diagrams, and architecture documents.
• MCP & Ontology Design: Define intelligent workflows by designing ontologies and structuring Model Context Protocols (MCPs) to automate reasoning and decision-making.
• Technical Leadership: Be the go-to expert for both clients and internal teams on platform architecture, RAG, agentic automation, and best practices.
• Proof of Concept: Lead the design and execution of PoCs to demonstrate feasibility and value.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering and Product teams to align solution design with platform capabilities and product roadmap.
• Implementation Oversight: Guide architectural decisions through implementation and user acceptance testing to ensure success.
• Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve on AI, LLMs, agentic frameworks, and related tech-and bring those insights into your designs.

Key Skills:

• 8+ years in technical roles (Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Senior Engineer).
• 3+ years in a client-facing, consultative role.
• Deep knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong foundation in AI/ML, especially LLMs, RAG, and vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Experience with enterprise data integration (e.g. PostgreSQL, SharePoint, APIs, warehouses).
• Cloud architecture experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in Python (strongly preferred), and familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
