We’re seeking a Midrange Storage Engineer with deep experience across Dell PowerStore and Dell Unity XT platforms. If you excel at building resilient, high‐performance storage environments that keep business‐critical workloads running smoothly, this role puts you right where your skills matter most.

Summary

• PowerStore Administration — Deploy, configure, and maintain PowerStore arrays, including block, file, and VMware integrations.
• Unity XT Management — Oversee Unity XT storage systems, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and data protection.
• Storage Provisioning — Create and manage LUNs, file systems, shares, and storage pools for diverse workloads.
• Performance Tuning — Monitor IOPS, latency, and throughput to ensure consistent service levels.
• Data Protection — Implement snapshots, replication, and disaster‐recovery workflows.
• Automation & Scripting — Use scripting or orchestration tools to streamline storage operations.
• Cross‐Team Collaboration — Partner with server, virtualisation, and application teams to support enterprise platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

• Dell PowerStore Expertise — Strong understanding of PowerStore architecture, clustering, and data‐reduction technologies.
• Unity XT Proficiency — Hands‐on experience with Unity XT provisioning, FAST VP, and Unisphere management.
• Storage Networking — Knowledge of SAN (FC/iSCSI) and NAS protocols (NFS/SMB).
• Virtualisation Integration — Experience with VMware storage policies, vVols, and datastore management.
• Monitoring & Diagnostics — Familiarity with storage analytics, alerting, and capacity planning.
• Scripting Skills — PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
