This role requires the successful candidate to be based in the Beaconsfield office five days per week.

Role Summary

The Recruitment Resourcer supports the delivery of hiring across multiple data centre construction and commissioning projects throughout the UK and Europe.

Working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and HR, the role focuses on sourcing, screening, and building pipelines of high-quality technical and operational candidates to support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates across construction, engineering, and project management disciplines
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future project needs
• Use a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process
• Work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand role requirements

• Support workforce planning for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Provide market feedback on candidate availability and expectations
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and internal systems
• Ensure compliance with UK and EU employment regulations, including right-to-work and GDPR
• Support efficient recruitment processes to improve time-to-hire
• Represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions
• Support employer branding through consistent communication and engagement
