Product Manager

Game Product Owner | Hybrid, London

We are looking for a Game Owner to lead the delivery of our games, driving innovation and ensuring players enjoy a high-quality gaming experience. This role includes managing multiple games, maintaining strong relationships with studios and partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end development and delivery of multiple games, from concept to launch
• Lead and support the product team, ensuring priorities and milestones are met
• Manage relationships with internal and external studios and suppliers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and smooth game launches
• Track performance, costs, and contribute to strategy and roadmap planning
• Stay up to date with market trends to inform product innovation

Requirements:

• Experience in games or iGaming.
• Proven track record of delivering high-performing game content
• Ability to write clear game briefs and documentation
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, prize structures, and consumer appeal
• Experience managing multiple projects and working in an Agile environment
• Excellent communication, organisation, and team collaboration skills
• Previous line management experience is a plus

Working Model: Hybrid – office-based in London 3 days per week
