Junior Project Manager (Leeds)

Pentest People is a rapidly growing security provider based in Leeds city centre, United Kingdom. We specialise in delivering Penetration Testing as a Service (PTaaS) to a diverse range of clients. Our team of expert security consultants holds industry-recognised qualifications and possesses extensive experience operating at the highest level across various industries.

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Service Delivery team. In this role, you will work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless and efficient project delivery from post-sale to completion. This position demands a proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility to maintain the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple schedules and diaries.
  • Review and collect documents and information from clients.
  • Perform daily tasks to support the project management team.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by collaborating with all internal teams.
  • Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop and enhance leadership skills.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets and project documentation.
  • Oversee assessments, ensuring accurate completion.
  • Use initiative to optimise processes as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
  • Manage and analyse client-provided documentation.

  • Strong focus on customer service, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new services as they are introduced.
  • Ability to multitask and consistently meet client deadlines.

This is a full-time, office-based role located in our Leeds office. Upon successful completion of the probation period, you will transition to a hybrid work arrangement.
