Japanese Speaking Infrastructure Support Engineer - What You'll be Doing:

• Providing support for client infrastructure, including PCs and servers
• Troubleshooting system issues
• Responding to inquiries from customers
• Handling product version upgrades

Japanese Speaking Infrastructure Support Engineer - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Experience as an IT infrastructure engineer/support desk technician
• Proficiency in Japanese and English
• Strong customer service skills
• Proactive attitude towards work
