Role purpose
We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Programme Director to lead a portfolio of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across systems, processes, data and compliance capability.
Reporting to the Global Head of Technology and Transformation, this senior leadership role will oversee a blended team of internal specialists, system integrators, consultants and external partners, delivering complex business transformation programmes that support growth, operational excellence and value creation.
The scope includes CRM, Finance, HR, recruitment and resourcing, information management, data foundations, compliance improvement, knowledge management and AI-enabled process transformation.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record leading large-scale global transformation programmes, ideally within professional services, consulting, engineering or similarly complex project-based organisations. Experience operating within a private equity-backed environment and delivering measurable business value is essential.

Working closely with senior business leaders, Finance, HR, Data, Compliance and Technology teams, the Programme Director will play a key role in shaping the future operating model of the organisation.
Key Accountabilities
Transformation Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
- Define and lead the enterprise transformation roadmap aligned to business strategy and value creation objectives.
- Translate strategic priorities into a deliverable programme portfolio covering systems, processes, data and compliance.
- Ensure initiatives are supported by robust business cases, measurable benefits and clear ownership.
- Balance investment, risk, operational capacity and time-to-value when prioritising delivery.
- Provide clear reporting, governance and decision support to senior leadership.
Enterprise Systems & Oracle Transformation
- Lead transformation across CRM, Finance, HR, data and compliance platforms.
- Provide senior programme leadership for Oracle Fusion-enabled transformation, particularly Finance and HR capabilities.
- Ensure systems, processes and data are designed to support a scalable global business.
- Challenge solution design, implementation plans and delivery partners to maximise value and minimise risk.Drive adoption of improved processes, controls and reporting capabilities.
Value Creation, Governance & Delivery
- Embed a value-led approach focused on EBITDA improvement, operational efficiency and scalability.
- Establish strong programme governance covering scope, budget, benefits, risks and dependencies.
- Manage investment decisions, financial controls and delivery performance.
- Ensure programmes are executed with pace, discipline and transparency.
- Provide credible reporting to executive and investor stakeholders.
Data, Compliance & Business Insight
- Strengthen data foundations, governance and reporting capability across the organisation.
- Ensure systems deliver trusted information for decision-making and performance management.
- Embed compliance, controls and risk management into transformation activity from the outset.
- Improve visibility of operational, workforce, commercial and financial performance.
- Support the development of AI-ready and insight-led business capabilities.
Stakeholder Leadership & Benefits Realisation
- Lead internal teams, consultants, system integrators and delivery partners within a single transformation framework.
- Build strong relationships across Technology, Finance, HR, Operations, Data and Compliance functions.
- Drive business readiness, change adoption and benefits realisation.
- Ensure transformation outputs transition effectively into BAU ownership.
- Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and delivery excellence.
Required experience
- Significant experience leading large-scale digital, enterprise systems or business transformation programmes within global organisations.
- Proven success delivering transformation within private equity-backed businesses.
- Strong Oracle Fusion transformation experience, particularly across Finance and HR.
- Experience leading enterprise systems programmes involving CRM, Finance, HR, data and compliance functions.Strong programme governance, budget management and benefits realisation expertise.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders, external partners and system integrators.
- Ability to translate business strategy into practical transformation roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrable success balancing commercial objectives, operational continuity and transformation delivery.
