PMO Manager- Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Priority Execution

  • Translate strategic priorities and management decisions into structured implementation plans with clear deliverables, owners and deadlines.
  • Maintain the central roadmap for key business initiatives and transformation projects.
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with the company's strategic and financial objectives.
  • Establish appropriate KPIs and measures of success for major initiatives.
  • Track progress from initial decision through to implementation and measurable outcome.

Project Management

  • Independently manage defined projects and workstreams across functions including Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, eCommerce and IT.
  • Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities and dependencies.
  • Maintain clear project governance and reporting standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Ensure project owners understand their responsibilities and commitments.
  • Challenge delays and ensure appropriate recovery plans are established where delivery is off-track.
  • Support larger strategic and transformation programmes led by the CSO and senior management.

Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain appropriate PMO governance, including project trackers, RAID logs, RACIs and decision logs.
  • Produce concise management reporting on the status of strategic priorities and key projects.
  • Provide senior management with clear visibility of progress, upcoming milestones, risks, blockers, dependencies and decisions required.
  • Create clear escalation mechanisms for overdue or at-risk initiatives.
  • Support leadership in creating greater accountability for delivery across functions.
  • Support preparation of management and Board materials relating to strategic execution.

Risk & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Work with project owners to resolve issues and develop appropriate mitigation actions.
  • Facilitate project meetings where required, ensuring clear decisions, ownership and follow-up.
  • Track key decisions and ensure agreed actions are implemented.
  • Highlight where projects require additional resource, management intervention or changes in scope.
  • Escalate significant delivery risks or resource constraints to the CSO.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, governance and ways of working.
  • Support functional leaders in documenting and implementing improved processes.
  • Document future-state processes, governance structures and ownership where required.
  • Support implementation of new systems, reporting tools and operating processes.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned where appropriate.

Key Deliverables

The PMO Manager will be expected to establish and maintain:

  • Reebok Europe strategic initiatives roadmap
  • Central project and milestone tracker
  • Senior management action tracker
  • RAID log covering risks, actions, issues and dependencies
  • Clear RACI / ownership structures for major programmes
  • Monthly strategic execution reporting
  • Project status dashboards and RAG reporting
  • Decision and escalation logs
  • Post-implementation reviews for significant initiatives

PMO Manager- Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years' experience in PMO, programme management, transformation, strategy execution, consulting or a similar role.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with experience coordinating cross functional stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting business transformation, systems implementation or process improvement programmes would be beneficial.
  • Strong passion for strategy and business development.Ability to translate broad objectives into structured and executable plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with good commercial judgement.
  • Ability to summarise/simplify complex issues – “big picture thinking”.
  • Confident communicating with and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of defined projects and workstreams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel capability.
  • Experience within retail, sportswear or licensed fashion is a must.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet or Jira would be beneficial.
