Are you a commercially driven Business Development Manager with experience in partnerships, content, branding, campaigns or commercial sales, looking for an opportunity where you can directly influence growth within a rapidly scaling business?

In this role, you will focus on developing strategic partnerships, sponsorship opportunities and content collaborations while building long-term relationships with brands and commercial stakeholders. You will work closely with leadership and editorial teams to create mutually beneficial campaigns and partnership opportunities that help businesses reach audiences otherwise difficult to access.

This role would suit a Business Development Manager, Partnerships Manager, Commercial Manager, Brand Partnerships Executive, Sponsorship Executive, Media Sales Executive or someone from a content, communications, campaigns or storytelling background looking to move into a commercially focused growth role.

The Role
  • Identify and secure new partnership, sponsorship and collaboration opportunities
  • Build and manage a pipeline of commercial prospects and activity
  • Develop long-term relationships with brands and industry stakeholders
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions and industry events
  • Collaborate with editorial and leadership teams to create tailored partnership campaigns
  • Identify trends, audience opportunities and emerging commercial markets
  • Fully remote or hybrid working available with occasional London meetings
The Person
  • Experience in partnerships, business development, campaigns, branding or content-led environments
  • Background in content creation, storytelling, communications, social media, campaigns or commercial partnerships beneficial
  • Strong communication and relationship-building ability
  • Commercially minded with experience opening doors and building opportunities
  • Comfortable operating within a startup or scale-up environment
  • Interest in media, content or audience growth advantageous but not essential
