Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Commission-Only Senior Sales Partner to support the continued growth of People's Fundraising.

The role offers an exceptional 50% share of all revenue generated for a full two years per client, significantly above industry standards. You will retain ownership of your pipeline and benefit from long-term, recurring income from the relationships you build.

This is a self-employed, commission-only, independent contractor role, operating outside IR35. This is not an employed position and is ideally suited to an established sales professional who prefers autonomy, flexibility, and performance-based rewards.

As a Sales Partner, you will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and discovery through to closing and long-term relationship management. You will represent People's Fundraising in the market, positioning our platform to charities and fundraising organisations and negotiating commercial agreements.

You will operate independently, using your own methods and schedule, while collaborating with our internal leadership and marketing teams to align on messaging and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective charity clients
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and presentations
  • Manage the sales process from first contact to close
  • Negotiate agreements and onboard new partners
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach and positioning

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B or SaaS sales (commission-only experience a plus)
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Confident presenter and negotiator
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of the charity or fundraising sector is advantageous, but not required
