What You'll Be Doing
This is a new opportunity for a DevOps / Platform engineer to join the Platform Engineering function, delivering Azure-based solutions using modern cloud, CI/CD and automation practices.
Contribute to the performance of an effective and efficient IT function that supports the needs of People’s Partnership companies and linked 3rd party organisations. Operate within the function’s processes and standard operating procedures and actively contribute to the achievement of the IT departments’ overall objectives.

- Evolve CI/CD platforms and pipelines supporting application and infrastructure delivery, ensuring they are secure and reliable.
- Enable teams through self‐service pipelines and templates, improving developer experience while maintaining appropriate controls.
- Act as a technical advisor to engineering teams, providing hands‐on guidance in cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and Azure services.
- Influence solution design to balance delivery speed, reliability, security, and cost.
- Ensure solutions comply with design standards, governance controls, and architectural guardrails through design and peer reviews.
