What You'll Be Doing

The purpose of this role is to deliver detailed analysis of commercial performance

  • Primarily reporting of the Distribution (Sales) function
  • Analysis of the performance of B2C marketing
  • QA and testing of datasets within the Data Warehouse (EDAP) project
  • Once warehouse is live, combining datasets to add new insights to commercial performance, digital engagement and customer insights.

This information is critical to understanding the performance of our sales & marketing activities and to making timely decisions in order to improve commercial effectiveness. It requires full understanding of sales and marketing targets, priorities and customers, and therefore is a crucial support to those teams. This role will also be able to pick up and answer more complex ad-hoc commercial questions from across the wider team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excel expert
  • Good working knowledge of Power BI (or reporting/visualization tools)
  • SQL expertise
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Web Analytics – GA4 or Adobe
  • Be able to engage with commercial managers (and nontechnical stakeholders) to get input, understanding and buy in to any reporting or models that are built.
  • Experience of digital marketing and working with marketing teams or agencies.
  • Ability to validate datasets effectively, if necessary working through processes with internal clients to identify where changes are needed.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately with a high attention to detail.
