Role Description

Peratera isseeking afull-time Chief Technology Officer (CTO) tojoin our team inahybrid capacity. The position isbased inLondon, with flexibility for remote work. AsCTO, you will beresponsible for leading the companys overall technology strategy and execution. This includes overseeing software development, product engineering, ITinfrastructure, technical architecture, and project management onadaily basis. You will play acritical role inshaping Perateras technology roadmap and ensuring alignment with business goals.

What You Will Do

• Define and lead Perateras technical architecture, infrastructure, and technology stack toensure scalability, security, and performance.
• Develop and execute the companys long-term technical vision and roadmap inalignment with business goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality code, efficient delivery, and adherence toindustry standards.
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, compliance, and executive teams toshape and deliver innovative features and services.
• Build, lead, and mentor ahigh-performing, cross-functional engineering team.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including DevOps, CI/CD, security, and documentation standards.
• Evaluate and implement third-party technologies, APIs, and integrations toexpand Perateras capabilities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support audits from atechnology and data security perspective.
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends tokeep Peratera atthe forefront ofinnovation inthe fintech space.

Qualifications

• 5+years ofexperience asaCTO orinasenior technology leadership role.
• Proven expertise inIT strategy and enterprise architecture.
• Strong background inthe payments, banking, orfintech industry (required).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
