YOUR MISSION

To support our growth, we are looking for a Windchill Technical Leader (M/F) to work on digital transformation projects in the industrial sector.

In this role, you will supervise the development team by coordinating tasks, ensuring code quality, and applying best practices.

You will also actively participate in the design, development, and integration of solutions that meet our customers' needs.

This position requires security clearance.

YOUR ROLE

• Analyze business needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Estimate the development workload and calculate the cost of the requested features.
• Write technical specifications and ensure their implementation.
• Coordinate, monitor, and ensure the quality of tasks within the development team (best practices, code review).
• Design, develop, and customize specific modules for the solution.
• Work with the team to make corrections and upgrades to the application
• Integrate the solution with other systems (ERP, MES, CRM, etc.)
• Implement APIs and optimize performance
• Write technical documentation
• Coordinate acceptance and technical testing
• Prepare packaging and supervise deployment operations
• Implement and manage the database upgrade and/or migration plan
• Define and ensure the application of project team processes
• Meet project deadlines and quality commitments
• Participate in governance activities in collaboration with the Project Manager
• Maintain customer relations
• Monitor technological developments and the evolution of PLM systems

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Windchill development
• Interest in coaching, sharing, and technical management
• Natural leadership and team spirit
• Comfortable with customer relations and ability to understand business challenges

Mastery:

• Languages: Java, XML
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server
• PTC solution: Windchill

Would be an asset:

• Javascript, HTML, CSS
• Docker, Unix, Linux, Windows
• PTC Solution : Thingworx

Remote working position, ideally based in Stevenage or London with occasional travel to our clients' sites as part of the role.
