Full Stack Software Engineer (SC Cleared Eligible)

We are currently looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to work across multiple business-critical products and platforms, supporting enhancements, core development, upgrades, and operational incident resolution. Based on the template provided.
The Role
You'll play a key role in the delivery and support of enterprise-scale applications, contributing across the full software development lifecycle. Working within an Agile environment, you'll help design, develop, test, deploy, and support secure, high-quality software solutions while collaborating closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This role requires 50% onsite attendance and candidates must either hold active SC Clearance or be eligible to obtain SC Clearance prior to commencement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.
- Contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements through to support and maintenance.
- Design, build and enhance full-stack applications using modern development practices.
- Support production systems and assist in resolving operational incidents.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Ensure security, privacy, and compliance requirements are embedded within all development activities.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Produce clear technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Support testing activities including unit, integration, system and user acceptance testing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across development processes and tooling.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong full-stack development experience using:
- C#
- .NET
- SQL
- React
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, development methodologies, and technical architectures.
- Experience with development tools including:
- Git
- Visual Studio
- SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
- Strong relational database experience.
- Experience working within structured development and release processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across business and technology teams.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Desirable
- Azure Cloud experience.
- Microsoft Power Platform experience.
- Web application and API development experience.
- Strong software testing background, including:
- Unit Testing
- System Testing
- UAT Support
- Business and systems analysis experience.
- CI/CD pipeline design and implementation experience.
- Experience producing high-quality technical documentation.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Candidates must:
- Hold active SC Clearance, or
- Be eligible and willing to undergo the SC Clearance process prior to starting.
