A rapidly growing Azure Cloud FinOps SaaS provider is expanding its Customer Services & Onboarding function and is looking for a Customer Services & Onboarding Engineer to join its global team. This is a fully remote UK position, offering exceptional training opportunities and the chance to work closely with some of the strongest cloud and FinOps specialists in the UK.

The platform supports organisations in optimising and governing their Microsoft 365 and Azure estates, and you'll play an important role in helping customers realise the value of cloud financial management.

What you'll do

  • Manage customer ticket lifecycles to agreed SLAs
  • Onboard new customers onto an Azure Cloud FinOps SaaS platform
  • Support customers with FinOps best practices and cloud optimisation
  • Assist with cost allocation, financial governance, budgeting, and reporting
  • Collaborate daily with senior UK cloud experts
  • Support testing, deployments, documentation, and continuous improvements

Requirements

  • FinOps Foundation certification (or willingness within 6 months)
  • Experience with Azure Cost Management, Billing, budgets, analysis, RIs/Savings Plans
  • Understanding of cloud pricing and cost allocation
  • Strong customer-facing & communication skills
  • Experience onboarding customers to SaaS platforms (beneficial)
  • Azure Fundamentals within 6 months

Nice to Have

  • AWS, GCP, or OCI cost optimisation experience
  • Power BI support exposure
