What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialised tech roles across Germany.
  • Source top-tier candidates using a blend of tools, outreach, and market mapping, always prioritising fit and experience.
  • Drive business development, winning new clients and scaling accounts with strategic initiatives.
  • Own your desk, this includes leveraging community engagement, and events to become the ‘go to’.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Partner with prospective clients to understand their business, culture, and hiring needs.
  • Mentor and support mid-level recruiters where appropriate.
  • Leverage tools, systems, and AI to optimise workflow.
  • Maintain metrics and KPIs: jobs, interviews, hires, billings, and client satisfaction.
  • Champion a quality approach, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, and clarity.

Who You Are

Experience:

  • 5+ years in tech recruitment with a proven track record of growing desks and winning clients.
  • Experience handling multiple accounts and scaling hiring with clients.
  • Business development specialist (cold outreach and drip campaigns)
  • Account development and ownership
  • Stakeholder management
  • Sourcing tools and social media marketing (LinkedIn, community, events)
  • CRM and other recruitment systems
  • AI tools and processes for recruitment
  • Track recording of commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences and maintaining a quality-first approach throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Ability to bring market knowledge and credible insights to confidentially represent your network
  • Have previously operated with high level of accountability, driving continuous self-development and are collaborative by nature, building trust and alignment for cross selling opportunities internally.
