WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Run end-to-end recruitment for tech roles across our key markets.
- Support business development initiatives and client engagement under guidance from senior colleagues.
- Maintain client relationships and contribute to account growth.
- Partner with clients to understand their business, culture, and hiring needs.
- Source top-tier candidates using a blend of tools, outreach, and market mapping, always prioritising fit and experience.
- Leverage AI tools and processes to streamline workflow and candidate outreach.
- Track metrics and KPIs: jobs, interviews, hires, and billings.
- Champion a quality approach, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, and clarity.
WHO YOUR ARE
- Experience: 3+ years in recruitment, ideally with some experience handling client accounts independently.
- Comfortable managing multiple searches.
- Sourcing tools and social media marketing (LinkedIn, closed communities)
- CRM and recruitment systems
- Business development and basic account growth experience
- Candidate engagement and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with AI tools in recruitment
- Track recording of commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences and maintaining a quality-first approach throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Ability to bring market knowledge and credible insights to confidentially represent your network
- Have previously operated with high level of accountability, driving continuous self-development and are collaborative by nature, building trust and alignment for cross selling opportunities internally.
