Are you an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant looking to specialise in one of the fastest-growing technical markets in the world? We’re seeking a driven, commercially minded recruiter to join our London team and lead talent delivery across the data centre sector throughout the UK and Europe.

About the Role

You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, building and managing your own desk within the data centre space. This is a high-growth market with exceptional demand for specialist talent, offering huge earning potential for a motivated consultant.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement
• Building and nurturing relationships with key clients across UK & European data centre markets
• Identifying, engaging and securing top technical and operational talent
• Developing your market expertise to become a trusted subject-matter recruiter
• Working towards revenue targets with support from a collaborative team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous 360 recruitment experience in the data centre sector is essential
• Proven billing track record and confidence in business development
• Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
• Interest in technology, engineering, or data centre markets (experience beneficial but not mandatory)
