The Opportunity
We are hiring experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants and Principal Recruitment Consultants to join their FinTech/ERP talent teams in either London or New York.
This is a 360 recruitment role where you will build long-term client partnerships at senior levels, source niche technology candidates, and deliver consistently on high-value assignments across the ERP and FinTech markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and build long-term relationships with senior finance stakeholders (CFOs, FDs, Heads of Finance).
- Source, assess and engage top-tier technology talent across niche ERP ecosystems.
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
- Present shortlists, prepare candidates for interviews, and negotiate offers.
- Work closely with internal delivery and leadership teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Must-Have Experience
- Minimum 2 years of 360 agency recruitment experience, including business development and delivery.
- Proven strong billing track record.
- Experience recruiting into either:
Technology: Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Unit4, OneStream, Dynamics365, Anaplan or
Senior Finance positions.
- Ability to operate confidently with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
